Routines are are the building blocks of balance—they help you stay grounded, reduce stress, and create space for the things that truly matter. Finding your flow doesn’t just feel good—it is good for you!
We surveyed our team to spill the tea on their routines and habits, and gathered them below for a little inspiration (and maybe a laugh or two).

What are things you try to avoid before bed time? I put my phone down on my kitchen counter about an hour before bed and try my hardest not to get sucked into a doomscroll.
Fav Loftie product: The Nightlights. They're cute and convenient. I've tripped on too many things walking around in the dark before I plugged these little guys in everywhere.
What are you working to add into your routine in 2025? I'm trying to go to more Pilates classes because my back's not what it was in my 20s :/

Walk us through your morning routine!
Morning time is my jam! I usually get up around 5:30, 6, and have about 30 minutes of wake up time with coffee on the couch while my wife watches the financial news lol.
If I am having a good day, I'll go for a run around 7am by the water and do 20 minutes of Morning Pages before getting around for the day. If I can do those things in the morning, I feel like the rest of my day is super productive and manageable, but it's definitely harder in the winter.
I'm a big breakfast person, so Magdalena will make some time of spicy rice dish for me around 8:30am before heading out the door around 9:15.
What part of your routine could you not live without? BREAKFAST!
What helps you feel tired at night? Reading an education book. It can take months to get through a book, but I can fall asleep in under 15 mins.

[7:00] I usually have a simple dinner and finish off with a hot tea (tea of choice right now is a jujube ginger blend, great for digestion and sleep ;)) or sometimes a sweet treat (current fixation is Melona ice cream bar) depending on my mood.
[8:00] This slot is pretty flexible. Some days it's all chores, sometimes it's my dedicated screen time outside of work - a show or movie, tiktoks (rip), a facetime to my friends or family. But if my roommate's home, we'll yap until 10:30 easily.
[9:45/10:00] I try to start my wind down at least 1 hour before I sleep so I don't feel like I have to rush myself. Usually reading a few chapters of a book or journaling
[10:30] Dedicated bathroom time - oral care, showering, night time skincare, hair care, contacts out. These are small daily actions but they always feel like a win when I finish them.
[11:00] BEDTIME!!
What's your favorite part of your routine? Right now - journaling. I'm trying to make this journal cute and detailed for my future self to enjoy so sometimes it feels like I'm crafting. It's also incredibly therapeutic and calming to be able to jot down whatever's on my mind.
