Shipping in the United States
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for our shipping depending on the package size and your location. We try our best to ship orders placed before 11:00AM ET the same day we receive them. We offer free shipping for orders that meet a minimum order of $100.
Please contact us ASAP at support@byloftie.com if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received after an order has been placed and they may incur a change of address fee.
International Shipping
We’re excited to share that Loftie now offers international shipping!
Customers in the UK, France, Netherlands, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, and Portugal can now enjoy Loftie. Please note, however, that all international and third-party retail orders are final sale—we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges. Rest assured, our warranty applies worldwide, and our customer support team is ready to assist you with any needs.
Loftie covers all international shipping and duties costs, so there are no extra or surprise charges. You’ll only pay the price you see for the products in your cart.
For customers who order from Canada, UK and EU there is a compatible plug included in your Loftie Clock order.
