This Privacy Policy applies to the Deliberate Checkout app from the Shopify App Store. When you install or purchase a product of Deliberate, as part of the installing or buying process, we collect the personal information from your store provided by Shopify, including:

• Store owner’s name, Email address, Address
• Store name, Domain, Shopify Plan, Products, Orders
• Activity status of our product: install, uninstall, upgrade, downgrade
• Browser and Operating system that uses our app

This information will only be used for product functionality and customer services such as support, customization, refund, etc. We do not display this information publicly or provide it to others.

We do NOT collect data of your payment method or your customers’ payment, nor do we have any permission to see or take action on.

Email marketing: When you install a product of Deliberate, you agree to provide us your email address and we may send you emails about product instructions, new products, promotions, and other updates. You can always unsubscribe from our email system.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How we get your consent:

• When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
• If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How you withdraw your consent:

• If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at support@deliberate.com.

SECTION 3 – E-COMMERCE

Currently, all transactions in-app are handled via Shopify billing, we do not collect any personal and financial information. In a few cases, Deliberate collects personal information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Deliberate. Deliberate does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Services.
