Clock- Connecting and Disconnecting

Sometimes we change our wifi password or we move homes and we need to disconnect to wifi during the move. Below we break down how you can disconnect and connect to wifi on your devices. 

Clock

On the clock:

  • Go the the settings menu, scroll down, and select "forget wifi", then follow the instructions on your app to reconnect.

    • Already paired? Your app will ask you to reconnect to wifi

    • Not paired? Swipe over until you see "Add new Device"

      • You can also tell your app to forget a device under paired devices

On the app:

  • Go to Account > Your Loftie > Select Clock > Device Info > Forget Loftie Clock. Then, try setting up the Clock through this guide.
