she’s beautiful. she’s simple. she’s perfect! i am obsessed with the meditation sounds + the white noise options. i’m currently postpartum so my newborn still sleeps in a bassinet in my room, and it’s perfect for this season! i love that i can easily turn on the soft lighting for middle of the night nursing sessions, and also quickly glance over to see the time without getting my phone out and waking us both up even more.

Loftie has helped me break the cycle. After years of reflexively grabbing the phone on my bedside table at all hours of the night, I have finally taken back a bit of control. Because of Loftie, the phone is no longer in my bedroom at all at night. I use Loftie's Bed Signal to alert me to the time to put the phone down, turn off the computer and really start to wind down with intent.
It took me a while to start looking for the phone when I would wake up. I was sometimes tempted to go get it. But I just trusted the process and let Loftie sort of do it's thing, trusting that it would both wake me up on time (and peacefully) and alert me to the time I needed to disconnect from the digital world.
I am sleeping better. I am beginning to feel more refreshed in the morning. I think this will be a work in progress and will take some time. But it's happening. And it's directly related to no longer using my phone as an alarm, and it not being within arm's reach anymore.
It doesn't hurt that the sounds are soothing, with plenty of choices. I also take advantage of the large variety of wind down programming available, including the soundscapes, which I love. And the device looks great. Simple and clean. Super cute!
I really can't ask for more. I really love it.
Oh! and the customer service is outstanding. I had to get some help with a few things and the team bent over backwards for me.

I have chronic sleep apnea and all the alarms I have used until I found the Loftie clock were a rude awakening. I wake up to the sound of raindrops and the light brightens gradually like the sun coming up. I was worried I wouldn’t hear the alarm without the nasty buzzing but I was pleasantly surprised to be woken every morning just a few minutes earlier than normal. I’d been using my iPhone as an alarm clock charging by my bedside, but I frequently found myself reaching for it at night to mindlessly scroll Instagram or whatever else, and my sleep was definitely being affected.
Since buying the Loftie clock, my phone now charges in another room and my sleep has improved considerably.
The two-stage wake-up alarm is genius — the gentle pre-alarm helps you wake up more naturally, and the alarm sounds themselves are really soothing rather than jarring.
I also love the fact that it doubles as a night light, and the screen brightness can be set to adapt to the room or switched off completely.
It also has plenty of pre-programmed background sounds and white noise options to help with sleep if you want them.
Setting alarms is very straightforward via the app as well.

You'll need to use the app for the initial setup. After that, it is entirely up to you! All the features available on the app are accessible on the clock as well. The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices.
The Loftie Clock requires Wi-Fi for initial setup and software updates. Once the clock is updated and shows the correct time, you can enable No Wi-Fi Mode to enjoy full functionality without a Wi-Fi connection.
