You set his quiet hours and how involved he should be. If you've already told ChatGPT or Claude a lot about yourself, paste it in and Henry starts from there. He doesn't keep health details, and if you're having a hard time, he'll point you to real people who can help.
Why he's called Henry
In 1845 Henry David Thoreau built a one-room cabin at Walden Pond, ten feet by fifteen, and lived there to find out how little he really needed. He wrote, Our life is frittered away by detail… Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity!
He never saw a phone. We named an assistant after him anyway, because we wanted one that gives you your time back instead of asking for more of it.
Every other AI wants more of your attention. Henry wants less.
