How To Use:

1. Complete your nighttime routine and ensure your skin is clean and dry.

2. Tear along the center crease of the tape.

3. Purse your lips and gently apply the tape over your mouth.

    I've only used this product for two nights so maybe not the best time to review but I'm going to anyway. The first night, my fiance noticed I was on my back but not snoring so that's good, that's why it earns 3 stars. The tape also peeled off easily. The second morning though, most of the adhesive stuck to my face. The adhesive isn't visible on my face, but it might show up on someone with a different skin tone. I'm also able to scrape it off my face, but washing with soap doesn't seem to help remove it.

    I don't really trust brands anymore so my first thought is they make it that way so you can't re-use them so that you'll run out faster and have to buy more. Could also just be a badly designed product but either way that's why it doesn't get more than 3 stars. I think maybe I peeled it off slower the first morning which helped prevent the adhesive from sticking to my face.

    Overall so far it seems mostly gimmicky.

    Love this product!

    I love my Loftie Mouth Tape! I am a light snorer, and I use it every night. My wife has never been so happy! I love the hole in the center of the tape, and I wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning.

    Better sleep! Yay!

    These took a smidge of getting used to! But, once I figured out how to put them on (the “how to” video was helpful) but I’m also one who has never used mouth tape, so I had to adjust.

    I appreciate how the tape is not super stiff, so it doesn’t feel like I’m “trapped”. It’s made a massive difference in my “mouth breathing” issues. In which I did have got the all clear with not having sleep apnea.

    The little slit in the center is also handy so still allows for me to adjust to breathing out of my nose completely. Thank you for making these. It’s really has made a huge difference and I really do find it’s improved my sleep, and with having a slew of sleep disorders helping my sleep even just a smidge is huge for me. I wake up less with dry mouth& lips, (less bad breath).

    It does leave a bit of residue but easily comes off, and the color is bold so my hubby did say it was jolting when he awoke to see it on me haha. But! 5 stars!

    Helping me breathe better!

    I have had sinus/nasal issues my whole life (many sinus infections, nasal surgery to try to help open my airway more) so my body often needs prompting/extra care to breathe nasally. However, when I do sleep and breathe nasally I feel markedly better the next day (more alert, well-rested, etc.). I feel like Loftie should team with with Navage for a better breathing package - I also use their nasal irrigation product and it's the only thing that noticeably/sustainably helps me in this department. Loftie's mouth tape strips are easy to use and I haven't had an issue with them coming off prematurely. I only reduced by one star here because I have had several instances where I have sticky residue around my mouth in the AM upon renewal. Overall I'm a fan, thanks!
