    My Bedroom Finally Became a Sanctuary Again

    For years my phone controlled my nights and mornings. I would spend hours scrolling before bed and the first thing I reached for every morning was my phone. Between work and personal life, I even kept two phones next to my bed at all times. If one battery died, the other was there. Looking back now, it had become an unhealthy habit.

    I was sleeping maybe three or four hours a night and constantly felt stressed. My bedroom no longer felt peaceful. It felt like an extension of my office.

    I also started becoming more aware of how dependent I was on technology and honestly worried about having phones next to me all night long. But I convinced myself I needed them because they were my alarm clock, night light, and connection to everything.

    Then I discovered Loftie.

    The first night I used it, I decided to completely remove my phones from the room. I remember feeling anxious at first because I was so used to having them beside me. Instead of scrolling, I listened to the soothing sounds on the Loftie and slowly relaxed.

    Perfect glow for ambience & sleep hygiene

    These create the most calming glow in my bathroom at night. I love that they keep me relaxed if I have to get up in the night to use the bathroom since I can still see everything I need too without turning on jarring white lights and ruining my circadian rhythm. Bonus: They also create a wonderful, chill vibe for night showers!

    Perfect amount of soft light.

    I love the color. It’s soft, but just bright enough to see what you need to see without waking up your eyes. I would love it even more if there was an option to have one on a switch for my bathroom!

    Red Lights Make the Bedroom Walkable at Night

    We read about the red lights and gave it a try. We use the Loftie Lamp and the night lights, and are able to get up in the middle of the night and walk to the bathroom with no worries about running into things. Also, our sleep is better!
