How long will it take to get my personalized order?
Every item is made just for you! Personalized orders can add up to 10 extra business days to the processing time of your order.
If I ordered a personalized unit and a regular non-personalized unit, will I receive multiple packages?
Yes! Personalized and non-personalized units are shipped separately. You’ll be able to track both shipments through their individual tracking numbers, which will automatically be shared with you!
What if I put in the wrong text/number/shipping address for personalization?
Please reach out to Loftie Support and we will confirm if we can update the order.
Can I return or exchange my personalized order?
As personalization is made to order per customer, any personalized items can not be exchanged or returned. No changes can be made once you have submitted your order. However, your Loftie Clock will still be covered by our product warranties.
