What is included in my Loftie Clock?

You’ll receive the Loftie Clock, a USB-C cable, and a wall plug.

The Clock comes equipped with a gentle two-phase alarm, customizable settings, white noise and nature sounds, wellness content, Bluetooth speaker, nightlight, blackout mode and offline functionality.

Do I have to use the app?

You'll need to use the app for the initial setup. After that, it is entirely up to you! All the features available on the app are accessible on the clock as well. The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices.

Does the clock need to be connected to WiFi?

The Loftie Clock requires Wi-Fi for initial setup and software updates. Once the clock is updated and shows the correct time, you can enable No Wi-Fi Mode to enjoy full functionality without a Wi-Fi connection.

Does the clock need to be plugged in?

Yes. The Loftie Clock does have a back-up battery, but it should stay plugged in. If unplugged, the Loftie Clock's battery range lasts around 5-7 hours.

Loftie comes with a wall plug and a cloth-wrapped USB-C cable - extra subtle, no plastic-y feel.

Do I need a subscription to use the Clock?

No, you do not need a subscription to use the Loftie Clock. The clock comes preloaded with 100+ original audio tracks, including white noises, nature sounds, wellness tracks, classical music, and more — all accessible without the app.

We also offer Loftie+, an optional app-based add-on for putting your phone down: app blocking with Drift (your phone quiets when you’re near your clock), a nightly Rest schedule, screen-time challenges, and the Loftie Card. Everything else — your alarms, 100+ sounds, the content library, Storymaker, and wind-down routines — is free, no subscription required. Learn more here.

Is the Loftie Clock a sunrise alarm?

The Loftie Clock is not a sunrise alarm. However, the night light of the clock can be set to turn on with your alarms. If you're interested in a sunrise alarm, check out the Loftie Lamp for a light based wake up.

How loud and bright is the clock?

Both the brightness and volume can be adjusted, from almost nothing to quite loud and bright.

The Clock display has complete black-out mode with no light leakage, for a completely dark sleeping space.

Simply gorgeous and flawless design
This clock is worth every penny. I originally chose it based on reviews and bought the refurbished to cut costs. No regrets there as the one we received looks flawless and seems brand new in function. I love the sound options and am thrilled with how easy it was to set up. It is equally easy to use with or without the phone app: the design is intuitive enough that I don’t have reread the manual each time I make a change. Highly recommend!!

I love this alarm clock!
Love this alarm clock! I purchased it to avoid having my phone in my room. This alarm clock is easily customizable, has really nice alarm sounds, and it is intuitive to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

Winding down
I’ve really been enjoying my Loftie! The alarm is lovely - but what I’ve been enjoying most is the nighttime wind down routine it creates for me. It’s been a soothing reminder to go to bed and start calming down. I highly reccomend!

Your routine changer.
I have been on the lookout for an alarm clock for weeks. I really wanted to put away my phone from my wake up routine and find alarm a that would not get me out of my sleep too abruptly. The unexpected is that it does help me to get asleep too, thanks to the snooze cast and other things loaded on the clock.
